August 2018: Condominium Apartments, City of Toronto

  • Active listings are low compared to historic levels and TTM active listings indicates a slightly rising inventory trend
  • Sales are normal compared to historic levels and TTM sales indicates a negative trend
  • TTM Sales to active listings ratio (SALR) has a negative trend that is becoming flat
  • Average City of Toronto condo apartment price is up 8.4% YoY
  • Median City of Toronto condo apartment price is up 10.4% YoY
  • Benchmark City of Toronto condo apartment price is up 11.6% YoY
