  • TTM Sales to active listings ratio (SALR) is changing from a downward trend to flattening, however, TTM SALR remains near a low point since 2012

  • Median Whitby detached home price is down 2.2% YoY
  • Benchmark Whitby detached home price is down 4.7% YoY
