  • Mississauga detached home sales down 42%, listings up 102% YoY
  • YoY price growth has fallen back to early 2016 levels (7-8%)
  • The Ontario Fair Housing Plan, announced on April 20, has caused a large spike in supply, sending June 2017 active listings up to┬álevels not seen since 2012/2013
  • This rapid increase in supply resulted in MoM price declines of approximately 6-8%
