  • City of Toronto Condo sales down 22%, listings down 27% YoY
  • Prices are down approximately 2% MoM in June
  • The rapid rise in condo prices, starting in early 2016, coincides with the significant drop in supply
  • The Ontario Fair Housing Plan, announced on April 20, has caused a small spike in supply leading to a month-over-month price decline, however listings are still not up to 2016 levels
